Cutting Edge is an independent English weekly magazine being published from Lahore. It is edited and owned by Dr Niloufer Mahdi, who belongs to one of the top industrialist families of Pakistan —- Packages Group. She is the daughter of Syed Wajid Ali and granddaughter of Syed  Maratib Ali. 

In a short span of time it has gained popularity and built loyal readership throughout the country.
